Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@vektorfit.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return label within 2 business days.
3. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
